Glenwood Hot Springs Resort’s Devereux Leadership Award winner for Spring, 2024 is Candace Reeves. The Devereux Leadership Award is presented to an employee who demonstrates exceptional leadership actions, accomplishments, and behaviors that align with our vision, mission, and values. Candace is our Athletic Club Assistant Manager and joined Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in October, 2022. She was nominated and selected by our Glenwood Hot Springs Resort management team. Candace quickly took ownership of multiple responsibilities, can be totally trusted to take care of the Club's business, and is an outstanding example of what an enthusiastic leader should be. She has been expanding her knowledge of the fitness industry by completing her H2O Fit certification, and rallying the team to accomplish personal and business goals such as our net promoter scores from our guest surveys. Candace cares about our guests’ experience while here, and her co-workers appreciate her support and her management style.

Candace was presented with a beautiful blown glass trophy, a framed certificate, a letter of appreciation from President and C.E.O. Kevin Flohr, and a $250 check from Glenwood Hot Springs Resort.
