Congratulations X’Zandra! Our Employee of the Month for January is X’Zandra Coulsby. X’Zandra works as a Lodge House Person and has been with the Resort since July 2022. X’Zandra is a superstar! She is ALWAYS willing to help others, and the words “That’s not my job” do not exist in her vocabulary. Countless times, she has stepped up to make our guests happy, and when short-staffed, she will always help clean rooms and do laundry, all while completing her own tasks. Lodge Assistant Manager Chris Whelpton says, “X’Zandra is an excellent employee and an asset to our company. I am consistently impressed with her attitude and productivity. She is self-motivated and needs no supervision to complete her responsibilities. She treats our guests with the highest level of hospitality, which allows our guests to focus on enjoying themselves while at our property.”
