Our Employee of the Month for November is Wryan Heikkila. Wryan is a Maintenance Supervisor at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since March 2023. Wryan is always willing to help any team in any way possible, from training his co-workers to assisting our guests, all while remaining positive and having a great attitude. With his positive approach to everything, he is also exceptional at teaching our younger staff new skills on projects here and in everyday life. Wryan is always the first to step up and pitch in to get a project completed, even if it means working extra hours.
Our Facilities Maintenance Manager, Juan Quintero, says, “I greatly appreciate having Wryan on our team, as he has been a great addition to the B & G team. He has stepped into a supervisory role for B & G and has a great work ethic. He also has been in charge of safety for our department and has done a great job. I am excited to have Wryan on our team as he always has a positive attitude and is always helping our team with projects or simply teaching and training our team member’s proper ways to use tools or make repairs on equipment. We are lucky to have him.”
