December has two Employee of the Month Selections.
Abel Espinosa Villegas, who works in Food and Beverage at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, has been featured as a December Employee of the Month. His manager, Dana Snyder, is impressed with Abel’s attention to detail and interactions with both customers and fellow staff. “Abel exhibits an extraordinary amount of pride in his job,” Snyder said. “He is extremely conscientious in both his customer service standards and the execution of his job responsibilities; I’m frequently approached by guests who want me to know how much they appreciate his helpfulness, friendliness and caring attitude.”

Our other Employee of the Month is Mark “Gato” White, operator in the Pool Maintenance department. Manager Brian Ammerman depends heavily on Mark’s expertise as a master of Pool operations. “Mark has been a pool maintenance operator for 12 years and has taken on every possible task that has come his way,” Ammerman said. “Currently Mark performs critical procedures that keep the Pool clean and safe, while taking ownership and pride over his duties. Thank you, Mark, for your outstanding dedication and work performance over the last 12 years.”
