Our Employee of the Month for November is Iris Rodriguez. Iris is currently one of our Senior Grill Cooks and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since April 2022. Iris sets high standards for herself and works constantly to achieve these standards, and always with a smile. She is a dependable employee, always here on time and she makes sure that The Grill will be opened and closed properly on the days that she works. Iris is self-motivated, always finding things to do even when there is down time. Our Grill Manager, Dana Snyder, has this to say about Iris. “Iris is always looking out for the interests of the guests, the company and her fellow workers. If we are short, because someone called in, she will come in even if it is just to get open on time or get us through the breakfast rushes. She will always stay late to help close or do anything else to help her coworkers. Iris has received numerous recognitions for her work through our Water Drop program and our Safety program.” When asked how it feels to be chosen as Employee of the Month, Iris says, “I want to thank Dana and the company for this award. Ever since I started, I have felt appreciated and respected for my work, which makes me happy and motivated to come to work every day!
