Congratulations Brittany!
Our Employee of the Month for May is Brittany Giertz (formerly Hass). Brittany is an Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable) and has worked at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort since May, 2019. Brittany is a key team member in Accounting. She is also our go-to for help in multiple departments, filling in where needed, all while holding down her own position. She was nominated by our entire Glenwood Hot Springs management team. They say, “Brittany is never one to shy away from what it takes to get the job done, always has a great attitude and works with a high level of accuracy. Her constant effort and admirable ability keeps everything afloat.” Brittany is an invaluable asset to our entire company.”
When presented with her award, Brittany replied, “Oh, my goodness! Thank you! I am literally shaking! I am not someone that likes to have a spotlight on me, I’m more of a behind-the-scenes person. I want to thank all of the managers across the property for trusting in me to help in your areas. Thank you for thinking of me for this recognition. At times I feel like I am more in the way than I am assisting, due to my gift of gab and my squirrely thoughts. I enjoy working with EVERYONE on this property, from getting to know you not only on a professional level, but learning about you as a person as well!”
