Our Employee of the Month for February, 2022 is Joslyn Long. Joslyn is one of our great cooks in the Grill and has worked for Glenwood Hot Springs Resort since February, 2021. Her co- workers feel like she is extremely hard working, always friendly towards guests and respectful towards her co-workers and guests. Joslyn often comes in on her days off when we are short-handed, works without complaint and maintains a positive attitude, even while working under pressure.
Our Grill Manager, Dana Snyder nominated Joslyn and checked every box on the nomination form! He also says that Joslyn receives numerous Water Drops from her co-workers and supervisors for her great attitude, guest contacts and continual hard work.
When asked how it felt to be awarded our Employee of the Month, Joslyn says, “I am very grateful to win Employee of the Month. I enjoy all of the new opportunities that this job has brought to me. I enjoy working for such an amazing company with all of the amazing employees and co-workers who I get the chance to learn from and work beside. Thank you for having me as a part of the Glenwood Hot Springs Team!!”
