SPRING 2026 Group Lesson Session Schedule

  • Cost is $180 for six lessons over six weeks
  • Parent/Tot and Swim 101

 

  • Monday, April 27 – Thursday, May 14
  • Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday 
  • 4:00pm – 4:45 pm
  • Cost is $180 for six lessons over three weeks
  • Choose Swim 101 or 102/103

 

Families with multiple children save 10% with second child and 20% with third child.

Class Descriptions

ADULT SWIM CLASSES

(ages 16+)

  • Our Adult Swim Lessons aim to help with acclimating to water with a gentle and patient approach
  • Join this class for support, to feel safe and comfortable in the water.
  • Instruction includes basic strokes: freestyle, breaststroke and back stroke

Parent/Tot Class

(children ages 1.5 to 3 years)

  • This is a gentle, child-focused, yet progressive approach to teaching toddlers to acclimate to water.
  • The songs, activities, and skill progressions will encourage skill acquisition and develop a lifelong love of the water.
  • Swim diapers are required for any child not fully potty trained. 
  • One parent/guardian (age 16+) is required to be in the water every class with each child. Strong swimming skills are not necessary for parents participating in the Parent/Tot Class.

SWIM 101

(beginners ages 4-6 years)

  • Children must be at least four years old to participate in this beginner-level group.
  • Children will learn water acclimation, the flutter kick on their front and back, breath control/holding, and an introduction to surface swimming with pop-up-style breathing.

Swim 102/103

(intermediate skills ages 4-6)

  • At this level, children will build on the skills learned in Swim 101 as their physical development allows them to progress.
  • They will continue to develop their freestyle kick, breath control, back-kick, and freestyle.
  • Students must surface swim with pop-up breaths for 15 feet independently to participate in this group.

Swim 201/202/203

(advanced ages 6-12 years)

  • Children will learn the refined in-line kick on front and back, the backstroke for 25 feet, and the freestyle with side breathing for 25 feet.
  • To participate in this group, students must perform the freestyle/front crawl with proper arm movement, independently with pop-up breaths.
