The Devereux Leadership Award is presented to an employee who demonstrates exceptional leadership actions, accomplishments, and behaviors that align with our vision, mission, and values. Tim, our Assistant Pool Manager, joined Glenwood Hot Springs Resort in March 2024. He was nominated and selected by the Resort’s Management Team.
Our Pool Manager, Taylor Mays, shared: “It is my pleasure to recognize Tim as our Devereux Award recipient. Tim has stepped up and become someone we depend on to lead a diverse department. He jumps into any task or challenge, is available at a moment’s notice, and keeps a calm, can-do attitude, a true leader. Speaking for myself and our team, we are thankful for all Tim does. Congratulations, Tim! Well deserved.”
When presented with his award, Tim said: “First off, I’d like to thank Taylor for his nomination and continued support. To our team, thank you for your hard work every day. It takes all of us to keep things moving in the right direction for our guests. This is such a unique facility with challenges I truly enjoy. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I accepted this position and moved across the country, but I’ve made great friends who’ve become like family. Thank you all so much!”
