Our March Employee of the Month is Adam Robertson. Adam is our Lead Guest Service Agent at Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge and has been here since August, 2025. Working in guest services means you wear a lot of hats and are generally on-the-run making certain our guests have everything they need. Adam has taken on every aspect of his job with a great attitude and is on top of anything assigned to him. He is a team player that shows up reliably, on time, and will often stay late to help other departments get caught up. Adam is often seen cleaning and disinfecting to make sure our property is safe for our guests, and always happy to help make their stay a great one.
Emily Neely, Adam’s supervisor says, “Adam is a hard worker and never misses work. He goes above and beyond supporting everyone here at the Lodge by helping housekeepers, and Diane in laundry. He will assist the front desk with whatever they need, and he will stay late to help his Supervisor on Sundays with checking rooms or making beds. Thank you for always helping everyone!”
When presented with his award, Adam said, “I feel a sense of accomplishment to be recognized for Employee of the Month. I am looking forward to what is next to come!”
