Anna is a Club Attendant at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since August, 2015. Anna can be seen engaging with our Club members and guests, and you can hear her singing and laughing, which is infectious. Her member awareness is outstanding and members frequently express appreciation for Anna’s friendly and helpful attitude. Anna is cross-trained to help cover the front desk and helps onboard and train new Club Attendants. She frequently assists with translations across the property and handles her job duties with pride, no matter the task. We count on Anna every day; she works hard and it shows!
Our Club Manager, Mark Volf says, “Anna is a complete team player. She consistently helps other departments, covers the Club desk for breaks and is committed to providing a positive guest experience for our members and guests.”
When presented with her award, Anna said “I am truly honored to be chosen as Employee of the Month. It was an amazingly well-planned (secret) surprise, to say the least. I am so grateful to Mark and Candace for nominating me, and to my fellow employees for working together daily as a team to make the Club such an awesome place for guests and members. I am so blessed to be part of this great company.”
