Joah is a Senior Grill Cook in our Food and Beverage department and has been part of the Glenwood Hot Springs team since May of 2022. Joah has become an integral part of the daily operations by consistently stepping up when the department needs extra support. He has proven to be dependable, proactive and committed to the success of the F & B department. He does more than required, often outside normal hours, and he approaches obstacles with a calm, can-do attitude. He is always very polite and helpful with guest interactions, and is on a first name basis with many of them. Joah is known for saying, “I got you,” and when he says it, he follows through. His ownership, communication and willingness to help the team have made a clear positive impact. Joah has shown that he is invested in Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, and he is greatly appreciated as an employee and co-worker.
