Congratulations Johnny! Johnny is an Operator II for our Pool Maintenance department and has been part of the Glenwood Hot Springs team since September, 2021. Johnny has worked all three shifts in this department over his tenure, and has settled into his role on second shift where his knowledge of the whole property is instrumental in the successful operation of our resort. He is CPO certified and can backwash, drain, fill and balance water chemistry on all pools by himself. He is a true team player, always willing to come in early or stay late if needed, cover other shifts on short notice, and work double shifts when necessary.
Johnny’s work ethic is demonstrated on every pool closing by his staying late to help get things finished up, even after others have gone home. He communicates well with resort staff, handles emergencies like a professional, and has become someone our resort management can depend on to provide safe and reliable service.
