Jenna started at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort as a Lifeguard in March of 2024, and is currently a Pool Operator in the Pool Maintenance Department. She started this position in October, 2024. She has quickly become an essential member of our Pool Maintenance team. Jenna is calm, composed and level headed. She is a motivator for other pool operators and leads by example with her work ethic. She is always on the go and stays busy as she jumps in to help others with projects.
Jenna has volunteered to cover other shifts and work double shifts when needed, to make sure the job is completed and done correctly. She exhibits a steady demeanor, and is a strong leader for our younger pool employees to look up to. She is always friendly and greets you with a smile, which makes our guests feel comfortable approaching her for help and her co-workers enjoy working with her.
When presented with her award, Jenna said, “It’s cool to be part of taking care of a historical pool. The people are wonderful to work with and I enjoy chatting with our locals. Thank You for the nomination.”
