Bre is our HR Administrator and has been here since July, 2022. Bre is always positive and comes to work every day with a “can-do” attitude. She is kind and patient with all employees, and sets aside whatever she is working on to help the person in front of her. Bre has taken ownership of our Guest Experience Committee and is also a contributor to the Safety Team. She works well with all departments and will jump in to help anytime she sees a need, often before even being asked.
When out on property, she always greets our guests with a friendly smile. She has pitched in to help train other employees and has helped develop step-by-step guides to make it easier for them.
Our Human Resources Manager, Sarah Oddan says, “Bre has done an outstanding job of learning critical processes of the HR department and can be counted on to consistently deliver expected results. She is organized, has great attention to detail and has consistently and accurately processed payroll since joining HR.”
When asked how it felt to be chosen as our Employee of the Month, Bre said, “I am beyond thrilled to be Employee of the Month. Being in Human Resources has been challenging, so to receive this recognition is a boost of confidence. I’m thankful to be a part of the Resort and can’t wait to see what the years ahead will bring.
