Our Employee of the Month for August is Sofia Castro. Sofia is currently a Housekeeping Attendant in the Athletic Club at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been a member of the team since March, 2021. Sofia is reliable and works hard to make sure all of her tasks are completed, every day. She is always willing to assist guests and co-workers with translation when needed.
Our Athletic Club Director, Mark Volf, has this to say about Sofia. “Sofia is great with guests and members. She may be soft spoken but she has a huge heart and would help anyone. She is always here and willing to jump in and help wherever it’s needed around the property. Sofia has been mentioned in guest surveys and received waterdrops. Thank you, Sofia.”
