Our Employee of the Month for April is Brad Rice. Brad started out as a Pool Cashier in 2022, and is now the Assistant Manager in the Shop. The personal growth that Brad has shown is notable, and on many occasions, Brad can be seen stepping up to help wherever it is needed. He assists other departments by helping our guests with questions about the property, cabanas, lockers, and directions. He often fills in at our Business Office. His knowledge of the daily operations around the property are very helpful in making sure our guests have a great experience while they are here. Brad has become a guest favorite and many of our regulars will seek him out. Brad is friendly, hardworking, conscientious and a team player.
When presented with his award, Brad said, “I was not expecting this and I love what I do! I love the people I work with. We are just like our own little family. I am proud to be nominated and selected by my peers and look forward to what comes in the future.”
