Our employee of the month for January is Brendon Arrieta.
Brendon is a Call Center Agent at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since July, 2024. Brendon is one of those employees that managers always wish for. He is on time, dependable, and his attitude is pleasant, even on stressful days. Brendon assists the Lodge front desk when it is busy, without being asked, and many guests compliment him on his helpfulness. He has stepped up to provide leadership within his department, and, as a team player, he is willing to jump in and help other departments to ensure our guests’ experience is top-notch.
Brendon’s supervisor, Kim Reid nominated him and says,
“Without prompting, Brendon assists the front desk with guest check-ins, lunches and breaks, with an excellent attitude and he is always helpful to arriving guests. Brendon continues to receive accolades from his coworkers and guests.”
