Congratulations Michelle!
Our Employee of the Month for December is Michelle Santos. Michelle works as one of our Pool Cashiers and has been here since June, 2020. She is the “face” of our Pool lobby as you enter our property and will be the first to greet you with a smile. Michelle is known for remembering our guests by name, and excels with guest interactions. She welcomes everyone with conversation and laughter, and is a great help to our guests, always answering questions and offering information about our property. Michelle is willing to help any team across property, from training her co-workers, calling for maintenance or housekeeping, to helping with laundry, all while helping our guests with anything they need. Michelle’s supervisor, Trish Pickett says, “We could not be prouder to recognize Michelle as Employee of the Month. Michelle does a great job cashiering. She does it with a positive and kind attitude, always ready to help and assist a guest, passholder or fellow employee. A well-deserving employee.” When presented with her award, Michelle said, “I was excited and appreciate that I was nominated. I have learned a variety of skills and enjoy greeting the people coming to the Pool.”
