Our Employee of the Month for November is Tim Fowkes. Tim works in Lodge Maintenance at our Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge and has been here since January, 2021. Tim is one of the reasons our guests have remained comfortable during our Lodge refresh. When there is a problem, he quickly comes up with a solution to solve various maintenance issues or guest concerns. His supervisor, Doug Cooper, says, “Tim is a pleasure to work with. He takes pride in our Lodge and is self-directed and driven to make this a better place. His dependability stands out as an example for all. Tim is a pipe fitter by trade and can be measured by the repairs that he has made. He’s welded many objects for repair, created a make-shift water diversion system for the underground parking, and can diagnose any electrical glitch.” He is a valuable asset to the Lodge team.
