Our Employee of the Month for July is Casey Anderson. Casey is our Sales and Marketing Assistant at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort and has been here since December 2022. Casey plays a key role in creating sales kits, developing visual and digital communications, conducting market research and has revived our on-property catering program. She works seamlessly with other departments and always has a team-oriented mindset. Casey’s exceptional service, innovative contributions, and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable asset to our team. She consistently goes above and beyond in all aspects of her role, while providing outstanding service to our guests. Our Marketing Manager, Kimberly Marcum, adds: “Casey has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a positive attitude that significantly contributes to our team’s success and the satisfaction of our guests.”
