Joanie is currently our Night Auditor at the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge and has been a member of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort Team since April, 2022. Joanie has been at work during two very stressful situations and has remained positive and helpful, giving guests directions and answering questions. She has quickly become someone her managers and co-workers can depend on. Joanie has gone above and beyond her job duties and recently provided outstanding guest service to a family while continuing to exhibit professionalism and compassion when our guests needed support. When presented with her award, Joanie said, “This is fantastic! Thank you to everyone!” Thank you, Joanie, for your continued commitment to this company.
