Since joining the Athletic Club at Glenwood Hot Springs, I have become a dedicated Pilates student in Kelly’s classes.
I have used this class to focus on my well being, my zen and my connection to fitness.
I’ve fallen head over heels for pilates and I so glad to have found this athletic outlet for myself!
