Giant cold snowflakes are tickling the skin on my face as I backstroke across the lap lane.
The vapor is swirling around my head & music is filling my senses from my SwiMP3.
I am moving through the water gracefully and I breath deep – in & out in a meditative rhythm, pulling & gliding through the warm therapeutic water.
